It does not currently: ~4500 TP to get to 92 OVR. Neither TOW nor Redux showing as viable options to upgrade at present.

I’m glad EA added a PU for him. But it already needs a fix—you can’t select his 2x Chiefs team chem in it. Which kind of defeats the purpose of upgrading Watkins at all. PLEASE FIX THIS EA.
