It will be upped to whatever the highest version is, not including if added to the powerup. Honestly though if the rookie premier is working for you don’t bother getting the powerup. After February you can assuming he hasn’t gotten a 99 by then lol
I have his RP, but honestly I only use it in a 3-4. I run the alternate Defense 46. My ends are Everson Griffen and Julius Peppers but when I run the 3-4 Bear formation I sub Demario Davis and Anthony Barr out for Nick Bosa and Danielle Hunter. It honestly works pretty well for me. But not concerned about Bosas PU honestly, he'll likely receive DROTY but unless you're adamant about wanting abilities on him there's not much of a need.

Rookie premiers have never gone into the powerups. It’s only giving +1s on some stats. Don’t bother unless you REALLY need the abilities
