he doesn’t. they only get times 3 of their designated team and times 1 of other teams they played for.

I would say once powered up he's arguable best corner in the game. I'm having this "issue" where his speed, acc, agi hits 98,99,96. So he's a 99 ovr in a game. I'll have to take a screenshot.
I thought i was bugging about my card as well. I'm running maxed sprinter and 25/50 niner chem and he's at 98 speed last time i checked, but when i compare his stats when i'm looking for a replacement i can only account for 97 speed. i'm so confused lol.
He powers up to 96 overall, so by fully powering him up you get +2 speed

Very underrated CB! I have him powered up to a 98 overall with 98 speed & 99 Accel & he shuts down almost everything now! I usually line him up against the tall receivers like megatron, Julio, Mike Evans etc & he shuts them down most of the time! People forget that he’s 6’3 with 98 speed, 99 accel & 96 jump If he’s powered up right so he’s perfect for those annoying tall receivers that usually moss you. Try him y’all! He’s a budget beast!
I have a raiders theme team. How'd you get him to 98 speed? Mine only has 97
He gets +2 for 50/50 theme team and gets +2 for 30/30 sprinter.
