No. He is an elusive RB, so he will need 90 overall AND 95 stamina.
STA means stiffarm on that excel sheet. But you’re right, the requirement is 90 OVR and 95 stiff arm for arm bar

So how can I tell what abilities he can get when upgraded
Powered up to 91 this is the best RB I may have ever had in early MUT. 195 yards per game in about 10 game
The 90 itself worth getting over marcus allen? Im about to spend big coins on a rb.
as a blocker, he is absolutely useless. ZERO awareness for anyone coming towards the QB

I haven't noticed any issues with his pass blocking, but then again I rarely have him blocking for me.
I have a NMS and No auction house squad, got this card a few weeks ago from the NAT superstar pack. BEAST RB but if he had 87 speed instead of 85 he'd be a god. He gets caught a lot :(
Power him up for +1 SPD, sprinter or a partial Rams theme team can get you another +1 SPD.

Jukes any defender with ease
This dude is the goat he has the best juke move by far out of any running back. While at this point in the game he is slow as shit he still breaks everything. I have games where he has 15 plus broken tackles. He breaks way more than Bo and Barkley and it’s not even close. This dude is still a God.
