Everyone talks so much shit about the cards they release this year. But they literally explained the entire 2 months leading up to the game the ratings spread. A card is built to its archetype so you won't find a lot of DT or DE that are good at stopping the run and pass rushing. They literally did this so it's not like prior years where every single card played exactly the damn same.
This is a very true comment on the wrong card though. They definitely want every player to Ben it’s own player. In this case however....the only thing about this card worth anything is the Training
His Power moves are pretty decent for position and he has great physical aspects, but the number one thing that will make this card play well is his play rec, they've made play rec huge this year, which is why a slower CB like Aqib Talib can shut down guys like Tyreek Hill.
I run Kenny Clark as my DT1, solid strength and Blockshed, Guy plays well for me, But I run a lot of Nickel so I like to keep guys like him and Kawaan Short. Personally I leave the rushing to my ends and keep Run Stoppers at DT, I run Jamal Adams and Shaz as my Subs and run Nickel packages, CBs I have Gilmore, Trufant and Slay, so overall my D does a good job of locking up the pass and shutting down the run. If I notice they run a lot though I switch to a 46 defense and load the box.
I run Henderson and Dockett, with Long and White. Secondary consists of Gilly, Trufant, Law, Brown, McAlister, Renfro, Dawkins and Houston (with Willis and PU’d Lanier)
How is this a 89? This is almost identical to Sheldon Richardson card lmao
Yeah this card is booty to be an 89

True, but you’re gonna need a run stopping DT to pair with him, which will be avoided and the run will go to Rankins’ side

Finally a Saints card
Right
I'm glad this card blows
With that blockshed I can't wait to stick this next to Dee Ford.
Would be much better if they ever release a Power Up for him.

Without a PowerUp, this card is just rank.
