What’s the point of giving him a -5 “upgrade”
His base card is a 72 and his TOTW is a LTD card. This gives the rest of us without credit cards a chance to use him.
Also when he eventually gets a PU this card can get put in it, since EA has made it so LTD cards can not
That isn't a thing. Plenty of LTDs go in PUs, just not those specific ones.
The Totw LTD cards go into powerups. Collins just missed the cutoff for the new series 2 power up cards. When series 3 comes he will have a PU card and his TOTW LTD will be a redux like the other LTDs from preseason to week 3

I think they did it in plans of releasing a PU, that way it wouldn't be from 73-92 with only training.
