I run a Falcons 30/50 theme team and he is a 99 on my team. I have lurker and enforcer on him. He is all over the place, this card makes place against the run and pass. He is a play maker for me!.

This card is insane. Only real downfall is that Lurker, Zoned out and Enforcer are all tier 3s and the obvious low block shed. But run him with Zoned out and Enforcer and leave him on his own and he's going to be insane as a non user sub LB. Aggressive playball and big hitter traits to top it off so he's going to make picks over the middle and force fumbles no problem.

Strength and Blockshed is terrible, one of those needs to be decent for a card to be relevant. He will get bullied in the run game unless you put enforcer on him.

What does that even matter? This is a run first game, and linebackers are useless in pass coverage lol.. even with Lurker they suck, everyone who is good knows this. The only use for linebackers is speed/shedding/hit power.
He's the guy you let AI around and you user the other MLB.
why is he a higher overall at outside linebacker
my guess would be that in a 4-3 scheme where they're asked to do a lot over coverage, that he would be ideal with his physical stats
