On this website the stat is labeled as release, but when your playing the actual game it’s the beat press stat

Just know that there is a threshold for beat press and it’s 90, so 90 is just as good as 99. Route running and release/beat press are the only receiving stats that have thresholds, so look for 99’s in CTH, CIT, SPC for a receiver cause those have no threshold, so higher is better. Honestly this is a top 5 receiver card just some bad traits to it, that’s it. The new CeeDee lamb card is crazy insane, he meets all thresholds and has 98’s in all catching stats without chems

Release literally doesn't exist in madden anymore, and even when it was in the game there was no proof it actually did anything despite a lot of testing by reputable sources. The only stat like release in the game now is beat press, which still doesn't seem to actually matter.

Yeah...but if you're planning to use your NAT GT on a WR....You wouldn't use it on him just to get HJS.
Especially when you can get Julio Jones who is better in every area except run blocking....and can also get HJS.

Is it worth it to spend 300k and use him as my WR 2 next to Julio. He wouldn’t have abilities. Also, any suggestions? I run Near Close Flex and Gun Bunch (I’m really bad at it) don’t yell at me, and I run Cam Newton GT, Julio, and Cole Kmet with abilities. (30/50) bears TT. Should I switch abilities from Cole to my GT bo NAT?

So just user possession catch. Not that difficult. Most ppl do it anyway. The trait is there only if you set your catching to possession and he won't do it automatically. Before you trash a card try to understand how the traits apply.
He's kinda like Burns on D though... Doesn't get big hitter but he's fast and gets enforcer and unv covg.
Why does EA give losers Golden Tickets? Look up this guys stats. 5 TD’s in 5 seasons and not a single season worth noting. This guy is garbage in real life and he gets a 99 OVR while legends like Jerry Rice have a 98 OVR UL. WTF!!!

That’s literally the main point of GT is to give it to players who normally wouldn’t get such a high card. It was dumb to give Vick, bo, and Lamar GTs

Actually Quincy, Dawkins, Barr, and Bullock are "Dev" GTs meaning developers at EA are the ones that selected and created these ones...

It’s the beat press stat, it’s labeled as release on this website. In the actual game madden it’s labeled (beat press)

If someone is trying to press you release is far more important than speed. It doesnt matter how fast the guy is if hes cant get off the press. Also if you do have a guy with high release watch the animations he gets especially vs a cb with less than 90 press. Most times the cbs kinda freeze for a second before turning to chase leaving your guy so open
