Going to save all of the people here commenting "why" some time. He is the 1st team all-pro return specialist. He is what Mecole Hardman was last year. Cool? Cool.
Gunner is much more of a "Specialist" (a title helped along by being much less of a WR). Mercole had 26 Receptions for 538 yds and 6 TDs last year. Gunner had 5 Receptions for 62 yards and 1TD this year. Yes, the absence of WR production makes KR/PR much more of a "specialty" for Gunner. So fair point that he's here because he's a "specialist", but he's not "what Mercole Hardman was last year". Cool? Cool.
His card is what Mecole's was last year. A TOTY Specialist (for being a 1st team all-pro returner). I've never seen a more pointless post in my life.

That boy Gunner, I'd much rather use JJets in the slot than Gunner but if I pack this dude from one of the two free ones I'll throw him in at returner and pray the refs don't call a controversial block in the back on me as he takes em to the crib, I'll even throw return man on him if possible. I just got DK and I was like when they drop jefferson I will have Moss Jefferson in the Slot then alternate between DK and Ocho for the outside, maybe even sub Moss out cuz having 4 (5 with Gunner or Diggs if I get them) would be useful

This is actually a solid receiver and a great one on a theme team. Decent speed, good abilities, RBK is a little low and his after the catch stats are too but his route running stats are awesome.

it was determined at the beginning of the year he was a slot archetype so they have to stick with it

They can change an archetype. This Gunner card has nothing to do with his first card. They just copied and pasted bro... It's a new card when they release it. They could have easily changed it to returnman. And for a guy with 7 career catches, he doesn't deserve to pay 2 AP for Slot-O-Matic. The guy hasn't played as many downs in the NFL as Julian Edelman has receptions, but they're the same player in MUT? Come on
