To be fair, he is only 2 slower than Tyreek "the Cheetah" Hill who should be faster based on both 40 time and field speed.
To be fair mike evans zeke Isaiah Simmons and Braylon edwards are all as fast as tyreek so why wouldn’t they give rice 99 speed
I'm not dissing Jerry Rice by any stretch. He deserves to be more than +1 speed better than slow @ssed Ed Mccaffrey, but Tyreek had 15 tds and over 1200 yards receiving. Why in the heck did he get a lower card that the likes of Cordarrelle Patterson who finished with 132 yards receiving and 1 rushing td. The answer is mut gave up two months ago. The Rice card was likely created in March and they didn't do anything to give him the goat stats he deserves. They could have done a lot more this year.

the 95 speed is why i would never get this card. 95 speed in mut is equivalent to like 86 in franchise
