There is a 600+ MB Title Update available today in Madden with a few gameplay fixes and improvements. Here are today's patch notes from EA:

Gameplay Updates:

• Fixed an issue allowing defenders into the backfield unblocked with defensive formations such as Nickel 2-4-5 Odd
• Fixed an additional issue allowing the ‘Nasty Streak’ Superstar ability to be used on players out of position

House Rules is back and for the next 48 hours we're playing "Played Out". In this version of House Rules, both offensive and defensive plays go on cooldown for 5 plays after each use and can only be used a total of 2 times each.
