i wouldnt be surprised if one of them got LTD and other got hero. Think its unlikely thomas gets one tho cuz he has an 88 already. They generally like giving bigger upgrades. But that would make the LTD make sense cuz then it isnt part of the power up and is a 1 point bigger upgrade
