I run the 46 playbook as well with many similarities. I also utilize the speed package in the 46 normal. I like using the 3-4 bear, nickel normal, and dollar 3-2-6 as well. It's probably the best playbook in the game to stop both the run and pass. It works even better in regular online H2H or salary cap when the speed package is actually useful. Now that we have LB's with 94+ speed, it's almost not worth taking them out to replace with a DB in MUT.
