Back to A 70% winrate will get you to top 500 OD in about 60-70 wins. A 100% winrate will get you to top 500 Arena in close to 200 games

Yeah and I've seen guys do it it just under 70 which is crazy. My best is 75. And the rewards are 2x as good as compared to Arena like you mentioned.
