The timer under the CR programs has 8 days left to acquire CR points while and the sets tab has a 1week timer while the TOTY sets and promo have a 2 week timer.
If looking at the calendar it looks like there would be a 3-4 day lapse between the two promo/sets ending.
I’m guessing it’s like every other promo this year where your ability to get items through events and sets ends before the expiration of the promo sets to sell us MC packs for items or try and work the AH.
