So before week 11, I heard rumors of some collusion in my league. One dude said he was gonna give someone money irl for a player, and someone else said that his friend, who was gonna miss the playoffs, would give him all his good players so he could win. So I changed the trade deadline from before week 15 to before week 13 so that nobody made a colluded trade before the playoffs. Now, my team is clearly the best in the league. Now one dude is claiming that I did it “so nobody had a better team than me” and “cause I don’t want someone to beat me.” Did I make a bad choice

Edit: just to clear things up, I changed it before week 11, so there were still 2 more weeks for people to make trades. The dude complaining didn’t tell me he was mad about it until yesterday, and said he tried to do a trade on the 30th, but he never told me this until now, when it’s too late to change it
