Wanted: Game Developer
Seeking developer to build and maintain a mobile football game based on the National Football League.
The Challenge Ahead
Should be simple. We want a mobile football game version that works. Based on football. (I mean, fantasy football is "a thing", sure, but we don't think an entire game should be built around it.)
Responsibilities
Manage a team of people who actually know what football is. Not know OF football...KNOW football. Those being actual fans of the game might be best suited for this job. (I guess the people coloring stuff in don't need to know football...no, they probably should, or the jerseys will most likely end up super funky)
Anticipate people who are bad at their job, and work with them to improve. If that doesn't work, replace them.
