It's a 92 Earl Thomas. They rank the stats according to when it comes out in MUT and are limited at the Overall the player is given. They slowly ramp up max levels throughout the season. So we won't get bored with 99 overall players being already out. Then all they could do is release more 99 overall players. I do agree with making Ed Reed a SS every year.
