My one addendum to your notes would be:
I think a lot of people missed the point of the NYE firework event. Balloons were NOT actually easy to get. They were the limited factor of this promo. You can only get balloons from expensive packs, stamina, or leftover toys. Players were sellable and over-abundant on the AH, and there were multiple sets to build 84’s and workshop elites. BALLOONS were the real grind.
