So let me get this straight. They release another 92 Rodgers with the same exact stats that can’t go into the power up, and therefore can’t get all chem options to boost him as much as possible, and therefore is a downgrade to his 92 PU. I am really struggling to understand the way they’re handling power ups & player upgrades this year. So far it just doesn’t make much sense
