Op is spot on. Must heroes brought us many 91s and 92s, so with chems you felt like you had real upgrades to your team. This promo feels like it's rolling things back and I don't get it.
I get that they'll roll out more stuff but you had a lot of people chomping at the bit ready to spend and you release such underwhelming cards? I feel like i just drove an hour to the casino ready to play blackjack and now I have to sit and watch the dealer shuffle all 8 decks by hand for 15 minutes.
