I never get the loss, but it's always my opponent with with the slow connection sign that pops up. I know it's not me, I average US broadband speeds a little better at high 87-89 Mbps DL and around low 80s upload with a new Fios home router which only costs $3/month more but seems to boost my internet and streaming stability/range a lot since it's placed in the basement. I know not everyone has fiber optic service. It sucked when I was in Ohio for school and the internet sucked ass and went out every other hour and was slow as hell.
