Not really sure what folks are talking about with the Easter players? The program is simply going to have he players play to their stats so if players are boosted it means their performance is as well. I suppose hidden non-boosted stats could play some role but still I haven’t noticed any performance difference from boosted players VS. un-boosted of similar OVR personally.
