The issue with Minkah is that you have to keep him in coverage, if you face a run heavy team you need a Sean T or Ronnie Lott there or Minkah's gonna get steamrolled and blocked out of every play.
He's got very low blockshed, low tackling, and you can't blitz him unless you get a completely free run to the QB because he's gonna get eaten up by a halfway decent blocking HB. But his coverage stats are awesome.
So it really all depends on your style of play and your opponent. If you got a guy that's throwing bombs on you or that's pass heavy, Minkah is probably the better option. If you have a guy running a balanced or run heavy O, he may get exploited.
And why would anyone use him at CB where his rating takes a big hit? I've got 2 99 OVR CB's...Minkah's not cracking my top 6 CB's
