I agree, online play he's almost nonexistent getting targeted at least 5 times on 1-1 routes and not coming down with it. In like solos... he literally didn't even hold onto a contested catch and the speed wasn't anything noteworthy.
Toughness wouldve been great on him.. especially if someone was dumb enough to power him up :P
