the racism isn't something like this. Its the small underlying bias' that many fans, front offices,  and teams have toward black players. Whether it be immediately labelling any black fast QB an mobile QB that can't throw (couch cough lamar jackson), the bias that black players are all big hitting with little compasion, or even throwing out any white safety just because he is the wrong colour.
