Its very close to pay to win imo. Better cards=Increase chance to win (As it should be). But the pack odds are horrendous and cost way too much (10 dollars per pack that gives decent odds?). To have a decent team, you must put in a noticeable amount of time than a casual player. And to get a Great team, you must put in a significant more time than the average player. Im just saying its definitely more towards Pay-to-win than "Free to play" .
