As someone who straight up sucks at passing (most of the time), I hear you.
I try to call simple high-low reads so I can get a feel for how my opponent plays the flats. After that, I look to the middle of the field. Levels Sail is a play that's been working well for me. I read the RB in the flat & TE on the corner, then if my opponent has enough guys on that side, I look to the multiple ins across the middle.
