So I'm not normally one for "goodbye" threads, but after being here about 2.5 years and lurking for a year before that, I'm a little more involved that I thought I would be back then. So such is life.
After 4 seasons I have accomplished just about anything you can in this game, and it's gotten pretty stale. This whole MM18 experience left a bad taste in my mouth as well, even though I wasn't directly affected by bans, etc. If it wasn't for being a good league and the fact that I would certainly describe myself as "addicted" to the game, I would have left back then. I've spoken a number of times about the addictive aspect of this game, and I firmly believe in it. When I try to contemplate putting another season under my belt especially with the tease that the game has been rebranded and apparently "different", I see myself as not being able to stop if I get involved. So on to other things.
I just want to take a moment to thank some of the great people on Muthead that are not only masters of the game, but very gracious about contributing information. I learned a lot from many of you. The longer I have been here, I have tried to contribute in kind to others. There's a healthy community aspect to the site that's not too common on message boards, and that's to be applauded (the mods do a great job too).
