OP has had a string of crap luck, sees flaws in the LvL system/various schemes and is understandably frustrated.

I just have one question:

1. 2 20k packs and a 500 blitz token pack of snow to be converted to confetti = never happenedAre you sure? Because it worked for me all promo long, the conversion rate was just whack and lower than the NYE store price and event exchange price. I double checked to make sure I was getting something and that it was an option if in need for one last push.
