It happens every year at least 4 or 5 times. There are no standards with the ea madden team because its the same mistake over and over again. I have a feeling that the culture there is like a frat house and nobody gets punished for screw ups so no reason for employees to put pride in their work. The only other possibility is if its done on purpose to generate buzz like the other poster said.
