99% believe he was dumbed down. Not sure when it happened but I do remember having a lot of fun with him then all of a sudden he turned into real life Cam Newton...... Last year the Russell Wilson Easter card was a fricken beastttt. Then like a week later EA lowered his stats and he was decent.  The stat change was noticeable on the card though. So I'm not 100% about Cam
