Well said, lots of solid points in there. Even when they are aware of an issue, higher ups can still muzzle our contacts as to not admit fault sometimes...obviously not the best practice for them - but it happens, so we can't blame HSD for not communicating on it. EA as a company is at fault there, it's just unfortunate that we have no power to drive change in that arena.
