A big thing in this community is not giving off the false impression that you have definitive information about something such as the TOTY release date, it comes off as click-bait. So those in the thread that are commenting "put a question mark at the end" are just trying to help you out. With the question mark, it lets us know, "Hey, this person doesn't know when TOTY is going to be released; but they have a question about it." Rather than the same people instantly thinking "Oh does they know when it's actually being released?!"
