Ball carrier vision triggers certain animations like spinning off o-linemen in the way and pushing the linemen to open up the gap more. Very noticeable with Melvin Gordon.
This is correct, BCV does have an impact on user runs. I can't confirm for sure whether catch traits will or won't impact user catches though, if they do it's probably not major though.
