Kraelo has confirmed we're getting a cap increase this month, so your next couple weeks is solid.
I do believe we'll see another round of motivators, but not for a bit. We got the intial batch this year on the exact same date as 17 (December 8th), and we got round 2 on March 31st last year. So I'd guess around Easter time (maybe an egg could have a Motivator II pack?)
