So I would just like to get this straight, training does not boost my players overall, or their stats at all? It just increases my power, which in turn may increase their overall in-game if I have a greater amount of power than my opponent? I haven't been around since September so I'm still a bit confused.
But, I have noticed my players do have overall boosts in relation to their scheme. For example, my 83ovr RS Josh Allen is now an 86. Is this because I am running a spread captain and coach? But here's another thing that's confusing. He gets a +3 boost, but my spread 79ovr Jerick McKinnon only gets a +1ovr to 80, and my spread 79 Shannon Sharpe gets a +2ovr. Why is this? And why does this not boost their stats?
