24/7 daily pack is mostly going to be x amount of team tokens each day, but ever so often you'll get a pack that's very similar to those 24/7 achievement packs. Multiple players, mostly silver and gold, sometimes Elite. And now since they are all auctionable, it seems more worth the gamble

Ok, so it's pretty much just team tokens, and sometimes you reach 1000 team tokens and get an achievement pack which might have an elite in it.
