I'd switch to a 4-3 setup and use hybrid linebackers that can cover very well and blitz when necessary. I recommend Telvin Smith at ROLB (buy the best one in your price range, don't cheap out tho), Ltd Willie at LOLB (can use OOP Atwater or Derrick Brooks played OOP), and you can use Shazier at MLB. He kinda sucks in coverage when you don't user him so you might wanna change him if you plan to change users frequently.
I call a lot of cover 3 variants and some cover 2 but I shift players according to the situation. I cannot recommend Telvin Smith enough though. He's a monster at all things. There's a reason the Ltd is fucking expensive
