No one does this because they are so afraid of someone going over the top.  But honestly in like 40 games at all-madden I have given up a pass over the top exactly once.  No one can tell what I am doing because they just assume that the ZCV is causing my dudes to break on the ball.  But in reality, Krause and Vick and Clinton-Dix are all playing slightly shallow so they are between the QB and the receiver.

Since they are all 6'0" to 6'3" I get 3-4 interceptions a game easily.
