The problem with only having one OG that's truly athletic enough to pull is that different guards pull on different plays. For all Counter plays and Cutback, the backside guards pulls, but it's the frontside guard for Toss and both Screen plays. So unless you're going to flip (or leave unflipped) all of those plays such that your one fast OG is always on the correct side to be the one pulling, you really need to just use two athletic guards and just not have to think about any of that.
With OP's lineup, both Mason and Tomlinson are very fast and should have no trouble pulling. I have the same pair, though I have them flipped so that Tomlinson is pulling on counter runs to the left.
