Thought that until I saw the eagles draft Jalen. I still don’t know what they were thinking about that situation. I like Jalen but not with the eagles especially since Carson Wentz is there qb. But idk it might be some crazy stuff that happens.
It's not the same, Hurts is there to be a backup and maybe have a Taysom Hill like role, and the Eagles picked him after giving Wentz a WR in Raegor, GB traded up in the 1st round for this guy and in the 2nd they drafted a RB that is not even a 5th rounder lmao.
When i say not even a 5th rounder i mean his draft position, wich means Gb could've picked him at the 3rd or 4th round just to be 'safe'. the same with the TE they picked in the 3rd, they could've picked him 2 rounds later, while using the 2nd to pick Josh Jones who fell to the early 3rd, wich is absurd, maybe picking another corner or ilb at the 3rd. They reached in every pick, even in the Jordan Love, they traded up for him lmao
I watched the McAfee & Hawk special with him on there, it was crazy. Carson gets hurt but I do agree that the eagles didn't do many favors for themselves with Jalen Hurts or Reagor for that matter. Kind of soon for him
