I would say if you got the ads for rttd, you would probably get the totd ads. But not necessarily right away.
That sucks if this is the case. Why do some people get RttD/TotD ads while others don't? Seems extremely unfair.
I think Nick said something about regions? Not 100% sure. If you are in EU, you might be less likely to get it due to the tougher privacy laws, but that's just my guess
I'm in NY and didn't get Rttd ads.
And my friend is New York did get them so it must not be geographical
