It's only open to those who pre-ordered the game. Imagine how bad it's gonna be when the game actually goes live next month!!
Well those who ordered the game got 3 codes each to hand out and I'm pretty sure once you get in you can daisy chain that to 3 more people each. I didn't preorder but I got an access code, as did tens of thousands of others, perhaps more.
