Are they releasing new 85-89 cards and 90+ cards for this promo? If not, then their exchange sets are broken. It says to get a 90-94 card, you need to trade 7 badges, 5 - 85-89 TOTD and 1 - 90+ TOTD. So to get a 90+, you have to trade in a 90+........................................

All are that way. 80+ and 85+ also need 80 & 85 TOTD players

We are reading wrong. That's what you need to get them. There is small > at end ahead of reward for exchange.
