I had bulluck for a bit before I used him for max badges. he seemed pretty good. I believe his archetype was pass coverage, while smith is run stopper. Comparing stats, id say get bulluck if you primarily use your lbs for cover plays, since he is taller and has better coverage stats. If you blitz a bunch with your lbs, then I would say smith as he has the edge on awr, bks, and is smaller.
