He deserves to have a power up. He would be great at 98 just based off stats, but the best part about him is that he is perfect for theme teams. Packers, Redskins, Bears and Cowboys chems. I want him for Cowboys chem since he's the only good safety that EA would be willing to give to the Cowboys.
