- You have to set audibles in each game. It's a pain.
- Press X and then it's right trigger (I think — I can do this with my eyes closed but can't describe it. When you press X, you'll see audibles, and flip play is one of the options.
- This is a longer answer — spending time in practice mode can help. You can call every defense and try to recognize it. The problem is, good (or even average) players will call something like a cover 2 shell but change the coverage assignments to cover 3 — this is why Big Nickel Over G is a good defense — so you can disguise your coverage in a stock shell).
