That's just so incorrect. As if you know every play the offense will run in advance? I have Bulluck, Lanier, Shazier, and Bell in my 4-4. Its effective vs the run and pass. My 4 down linemen get to the QB and I can stop the run and the pass.
Only if everyone was able to have like a 87+ overall team with great linebackers and Defensive lineman
