Yes the 71+ future legends can be used as 71+ program players in the power play promo. Future Legends sets are in the legends sets area though. That set makes the 71+ program player part of the power play promo free also. Future legends can’t be sold and the rest of the legends promo sets look pretty impossible, but points for future legends players accumulate quickly and you don’t even have to play the legends promo to get the points. Other promos give legends points which is cool.
